MVMT has always enjoyed being engaged with the Houston running community.
Our team of doctors are trained in evaluating and treating the various injuries that may impact runners. We can assist in reducing the risk of common injuries faced by runners.
Runners often face muscle soreness, strains, and sprains. Through techniques such as soft tissue therapy or spinal manipulation, chiropractors can alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve biomechanics, facilitating a speedier rehabilitation or recovery process.
Including chiropractic care as a regular part of your training routine can help prevent injuries, promote faster recovery, and boost your overall well-being. Whether you’re a seasoned marathon runner or just starting out, give chiropractic care a try and experience the positive impact it can have on your running journey.
